Job Description
Purpose of the job:
To administer the dispatch process which entails receiving, capturing of stock, printing of documentation, invoicing, and various other admin tasks.
Responsibilities
- Load bread according to receiving and capturing stock from bakeries to despatch.
- Data capture all despatch administration.
- Invoices to be processed and captured.
- Assist with customer complaints.
- Check physical stock against system stock and verify figures.
- Supervise staff.
- Check and verify physical stock against picking slips on trucks.
- Ensure correct loading of the trucks on-time.
Qualification Requirements - Grade 12 (matric) certificate or equivalent.
- Computer literate.
Experience Requirements - 2 - 3 years experience in a similar position in an FMCG environment.
