Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers regarding automotive products, services, and general information.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or management as needed.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our automotive products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Order Processing: Assist with the processing of orders, including checking product availability, confirming details, and tracking shipments.
- Customer Records: Update and maintain customer records in our database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and suggestions to help improve our products and services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, service, and parts, to address customer needs and ensure a seamless experience.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry, is a must. If you are from the trucking industry it will be a Plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with automotive terminology and products is a plus. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building rapport with customers.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional certifications or training in customer service or automotive fields is a plus.
