Requirements: - Grade 12.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Management Information System.
- Project Management Qualification.
- ITIL Foundation V3.
- VMWare Certification.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to manage large workloads while meeting customer requirements.
- Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and excellent written/oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in conflict management and negotiation.
- Own vehicle.
Key Responsibilities: HSE & Quality Management: - Ensure compliance with HSE standards and legal requirements.
- Manage health, safety, and environmental objectives within the internal environment.
- Address workplace hazards and ensure all IT-related activities comply with safety regulations.
Financial Management: - Monitor and control IT costs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Implement cost-saving measures and protect company assets.
Customer Relations: - Engage with stakeholders to identify value-adding IT services and solutions.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and recommend corrective actions as needed.
IT Strategy & Management: - Align IT strategy with business goals and manage SLAs with service providers.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of IT hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Provide first-level support for ERP systems and ensure network connectivity.
Security & Administration: - Install and monitor IT security systems, including antivirus and firewalls.
- Manage system backups, disaster recovery procedures, and network availability.
Project Management: - Lead IT projects, manage project teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Participate in project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
Continuous Improvement: - Research new IT trends, benchmark systems against best practices, and seek opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate technology transfers and reduce costs through innovative IT solutions.
Risk Management & IT Governance: - Provide guidance on IT risk management, conduct IT audits, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
- Develop tools for data analysis to improve audit efficiency and effectiveness.
People Management: - Lead and manage the IT team, ensuring compliance with performance standards and succession planning.
- Manage recruitment, conflicts, and drive compliance.
