Requirements
The Application/Product Developer will be responsible for developing new recipes for customer and innovation projects, optimizing existing products, and ensuring commercially viable solutions. This role is integral to the Application Laboratory team, working towards project goals by preparing application samples, conducting research, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
- BSc/National Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related qualification.
- 2–5 years' experience in a Product Development/Application role, focusing on Beverage development (Alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
- Knowledge of South African Food Legislation.
- Experience in tasting a variety of Beverage products, specifically Alcoholic products.
- SAP experience (advantageous).
- Residing in or near Paarl (advantageous).
