SERVEST SECURITY AND TECHNOLOGY, A BUSINESS UNIT OF SERVEST HAS A VACANCY FOR A COMPLIANCE AND RECON ADMINISTRATOR BASED IN SECUNDA. MUST HAVE 1-2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN ADMINISTRATION WITH A RELEVANT TERTIARY QUALIFICATION.
Minimum Requirements
- Driver's License
- 1 – 2 years' experience
- Grade 12
- Computer Literate
- Fluent In English
- Written and Verbal Communication
- Relevant administration qualification will be advantageous
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring compliance on HSEC Online for the relevant sites
- Responsible for Online Intelligence for the Branch
- Responsible for capturing of hours worked by guards
- Effective communication to the Branch/Accounts Manager
- Responsible for ordering of stationery, PPE, uniform and vehicle FRSC Compliance
- Record keeping of all signed contracts with new and existing clients – client files
- Document archiving and control (including office filing)
- Building and Maintaining relationships with the clients
- Report Writing – Complete all Monthly Reports
- Administration | Reconciliation of day deployment of personnel
- Registering of new ad hoc requests for security services
- Updating and distribution of control documents and requests
- Recording of deviations to approved deployment
- Procurement & financial administration of service provider costs
- Taking notes / minutes of meetings / compiling the necessary documentation
- Effective handling and managing of enquiries
- Effective office administration
- Liaison with other business units and service providers
- Provide admin support to Security department
- Document handling and management, including the typing of documents
- Handling of sensitive / confidential information
- Promote positive image of company at all times
- Maintain effective follow up system
- Administer and maintain records management
