Manufacturing company requires a Junior Sales Administrator with 1-2 years’ experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and sales staff.
- Send out bulk emails daily.
- Updating and maintaining electronic personalized catalogues.
- Dealing with email enquiries pertaining to marketing tools.
- Bulk data entry for the sales team (sales figures; outstanding orders; quote prospects to follow up on).
- Record and send out daily statistics to the Sales and Layout team.
- Conduct product/client research and create databases of possible new clients.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Microsoft Office and demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Matric qualification.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple streams of work.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be well spoken and presentable.
