We are seeking a dedicated Academic Administrator for the Faculty of Humanities to provide comprehensive administrative support across our academic programs and manage daily office operations.
Educational Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Relevant qualification
- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role (academic administrator or assessor)
- Previous experience as a programme administrator is advantageous but not essential
- Proficiency in MS Office
Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to academic personnel
- Manage bookings, attendance, correspondence, minutes, and agendas
- Administer and maintain academic databases
- Handle student queries and maintain a central database of academic queries
- General office administration including filing, visitor arrangements, student support, and assessment administration
- Implement and monitor projects, providing progress reports
