We are seeking a Rewards and Benefits Specialist to implement and drive Total Remuneration and Reward framework to promote a fair, competitive and consistent reward experience across the company and contribute to the administration of the centralized payroll and Human Capital management system.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Design and implement the remuneration and benefits strategy aligned to the business strategy by analyzing market trends.
- Align employee value proposition, remuneration and talent frameworks with occupational levels.
- Prepare remuneration proposals, benchmarking and proposing remuneration structures, ensuring that the Company pays market-related salaries.
- Manage the annual salary review.
- Work closely with Finance and budgeting teams to understand financial constraints and budgetary allocations for remuneration.
- Manage the performance and development of direct reports through contracting and continuous reviews.
- Manage remuneration and benefits engagement and communication by liaising with local third-party service providers and internal stakeholders, educating employees on benefits and coaching stakeholders on the remuneration framework.
- Ensure HC management system and data governance as a process owner and support other HC and payroll process owners.
- Manage the remuneration and benefits component in line with the relevant Company policies and statutes.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- B-degree in human resources or equivalent qualification.
- GRP or similar certification will be an advantage.
- Experience in managing compensation, remuneration, and benefits including retirement fund administration.
- Experience in working with HRIS/Human Capital Management systems.
- Experience in remuneration and quantitative data analysis.
- Experience in various compensation package structures and approaches.
- Experience in employment and compensation law and employees tax knowledge.
- Experience in people management and related aspects.
- Experience in coordinating audits related to payroll information.
- Risk management experience.
