In this critical role, you'll play a pivotal role in the sales engine, ensuring prospects fully understand the value the industry-leading GRC software can bring to their business.

Salary: R800 000 – R950 000 + Commission

Here's a glimpse into what you'll do:
- Craft compelling presentations and demos that showcase the power of the software, clearly illustrating how it solves specific client challenges.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop winning proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs, highlighting the features and benefits that align perfectly with client needs.
- Become a trusted advisor, working with prospects to understand their unique GRC requirements and recommending the optimal solution to achieve their goals.
- Lead and manage POC activities at customer sites, ensuring a smooth and successful experience that demonstrates the software's capabilities.
- Break down complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language, effectively communicating the solution's value to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
- Collaborate effectively with sales, services, and other internal teams to drive revenue generation and achieve common goals.
To be a specialist in this role, you'll possess:
- A solid understanding of GRC principles and experience with software solutions in this domain (ideally).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor your message to resonate with diverse audiences.
- The confidence and presence to deliver captivating presentations that engage and inspire C-suite executives and technical teams alike.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, allowing you to connect effectively with clients at all levels.
- A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines consistently, even under pressure.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work seamlessly with internal teams to achieve shared goals.
- A self-starter with a strong desire to succeed and contribute to the team's success.
- A commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest GRC trends and the full functionality of our software suite.
- Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation: As some national travel may be required.
