Job Title: Senior HR Officer

RPO Recruitment's client are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Officer to join their team, in Boksburg, within the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new employees
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
- Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and payroll processing
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the energy sector
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in HR management is a plus
Salary: negotiable.
