Join a high-end boutique hotel as General Manager - you will be in charge of all daily hotel operations to guarantee that guests enjoy an outstanding experience.
Responsible for all:
- Hotel services and daily operations including guest relations, arrivals/departures, reservations, front desk, and housekeeping.
- Maintenance, revenue management, budget management, team building, and employee development and HR (Recruiting, salaries, staff contracts & documents).
Minimum Requirements:
- +10 years’ experience in hospitality.
- Must be able to work shifts / weekends / public holidays.
- PMS & reservations experience.
- Extensive knowledge of OTAs (Booking.com, tour operators, etc.).
- Attention to detail & strong organizational skills.
- Proven track record working in a fast-paced environment.
- Own transport.
