Responsibilities:
- Draft new leases & renewal leases using approved templates and guidelines
- Load, audit, review, verify leases captured on MDA
- Prepare ad hoc reports and analyse data, identify corrections, improvements
- Compile annual lease income budgets and forecasts
- Manage admin and documents, ensure new lease is issued and finalized before the commencement date
- Review lease related documents and critical information including rent and other financial obligations
- Track outstanding lease documents and amendments
- Manage tenant files and all relevant correspondence, ensure documents are valid
- Follow up on outstanding documents Contracts (Lease agreements), Sureties & Bank Guarantees, Resolutions, Addendums, Offer to lease and FICA Documentation
- Resolve tenant queries, build relationships with tenants ensure arrears are resolved and leases concluded
