To provide accurate and effective support around the new and ongoing procurement function to all Signature Brands portfolio of Brands.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse Brand menu matrix and analyse menu items and purchasing requirements.
- Analyse costs to purchase and align with best practice through the Famous Brands procurement portal.
- Assist with listing of licensed Brand products and securing new lines based on the Brands menu requirements.
- Negotiate and secure procurement SLA and contracts.
- Enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures.
- Assist in managing costs on supplies and vendor services.
- Manage inventory in all warehouses across the regions.
- Resolve issues concerning price disputes at Brand level.
- Prepare procurement strategies for products to align with new menu launches.
- Assist with forecasting volumes for all new menu launches.
- Review, analyse, and approve products and services to be purchased.
- Maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Maintain and update supplier information such as qualifications, certifications, delivery schedules and product ranges.
- Prepare accurate cost analyses and reports.
- Manage risk to the Brand when securing and purchasing products and services.
- Ensure all suppliers have supplier agreements in place.
- Align all supplier payments and rebates across all brands.
- Drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
- Drive franchisee profitability through leveraging procurement of FB.
Formal Education:
- Matric.
- Possession of a suitable tertiary education.
Experience:
- Experience in a similar procurement orientated environment.
