Description/Synopsis
Join a leading mining and manufacturing Company as an Executive Personal Assistant to the Director. Your primary role will be to streamline the Director's workload and make their life easier by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and implementing efficiencies across various departments.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Personal Assistant, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in Excel, including charts, pivot tables, graphs, and formulas.
- Strong project management skills to ensure deadlines are met.
- Knowledge of ISO systems and HSE/SHEQ would be advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HSE/SHEQ practices is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and coordinate the Director's calendar.
- Organize and prepare requirements for meetings.
- Assist with project management to ensure deadlines are met.
- Implement efficiencies in HR, performance management, procurement, and other areas.
- Take control of various projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Provide support in HR activities, performance management, and procurement processes.
