ProStaffSelect is in search of a skilled and talented HEAD PASTRY CHEF to manage the pastry team of three and oversee daily production for the on-site Deli, Bistro Restaurant, Function Venue, and Luxury Villa & Guesthouse Accommodation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Pastry qualifications and training in Desserts, Patisserie (including Croissants), Artisan Bread Baking, Confectionery, and Cake Baking.
- At least 5 - 6 years of experience within a 5* Hotel with multiple outlets including fine dining restaurant, plated functions, and deli operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English AND Afrikaans ideally.
- Strong personality with excellent organisational skills, well-planned and totally work-focused.
- A motivator of people, a team leader with a strong passion for training.
