DUTIES:
- Establish strong trusting relationships with customers and Sales staff
- Attend to telephone calls and record verbal orders
- Capture orders onto SAGE – received via email, reply, portals, and telephone
- Attend to counter customers and order processing
- Invoice picked orders and collate route supporting documents
- Cross border invoicing and required supporting documents
- Capture stock exception report
- Put together an organized accurate document pack for head office and send on time
- Provide sales and customer support to the external sales team
- Attend to ad hoc admin tasks
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & KEY SKILLS:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in an internal customer service position
- A high school matric qualification
- Vehicle license and own vehicle
- Good understanding and working knowledge of SAGE, Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Display a positive solutions-based mindset
- Well-presented with excellent mannerisms
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- High EQ and self-esteem
- Good organizational and administration skills
- Strong ability to grow and develop product knowledge skills
- Good interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset
- Take care in maintaining your personal appearance
- High levels of accuracy
- Manage varied workload to ensure tasks are always up to date
