Qualifications
The Customer Service Consultant is responsible for fostering strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service. This role supports Account Managers in daily activities aimed at retaining and expanding client portfolios. The Consultant is also responsible for promptly addressing escalated client inquiries and identifying potential business leads for Key Account Managers.
Minimum Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree (3 years)
- At least 6 years of solid experience in Sales, Channel and Consumer Marketing, Logistics, or Supply Chain
- Proficient in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly proficient in computer skills
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle
