Job Description
Essential Job Functions
- Capture all supplier invoices, claims and or returns accurately on the ARCH system.
- Expedite outstanding purchase orders by following up on delivery with suppliers.
- Update master data for items on the ARCH system.
- Update supplier price list master data on the ARCH system.
- Update selling prices on the ARCH system.
- Liaise with suppliers and follow up on claims and queries.
- Ensure all paperwork is up to date to support the Accounts Department and ensure expedited payments within required terms.
- Assist with poster changes and price updates in the store.
Key Performance Indicators
- All invoices captured accurately and timeously.
- All updates done accurately and timeously.
- Build a strong relationship with the suppliers.
- Paperwork submitted to Accounts to be complete and accurate.
- Coordinate and manage requirements with appointed HSE consultants to implement OHS act requirements.
- Delegate as appropriate.
Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Computer literate
- Own reliable transport
- Willing to work on Retail Hours
