Location: Sandton, Johannesburg
Job Context Provide first-line primary technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software and cloud solutions.
Key Accountabilities - Provide effective technical support and problem resolution for all relevant IT services to end users.
- Responsible for end-to-end query resolution and continuous service improvements.
- Responsible for performing onsite and offsite hardware, software and cloud solutions/platform updates and repairs.
- Responsible for troubleshooting and repairs of computer systems and IT frameworks located throughout the organisation.
- Adhere to ITIL Service management process and update the IT Service Management application with the relevant progress.
- Provide equipment set up support for new joiners.
- Repair and maintain system applications and ensure that the IT services are usable by the end-users.
- Adhere to asset management policies and procedures in the handling of IT assets.
- Collaborate with IT teams for any troubleshooting and support on IT services.
- Provide after-hours standby technical support on a rotational basis.
Qualification & Experience Requirements - Years of experience: Up to 3 years.

- Diploma / NQF level 6.
- ISO27001 - Information Security Management Systems Certification (ISMS).
- Microsoft Desktop Support Administrator Certification.
- MCSE - Cloud Platform and Infrastructure.
- ITIL Practitioner certification.
- IT User Support.
- Microsoft Azure Cloud.
- Microsoft 365.
