An experienced Warranty, Repairs and Maintenance Administrator is needed to join a commercial vehicle workshop as a critical member of their team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a Matric and a minimum of 5 years warranty/costing experience.
Preference will be shown to candidates who have experience with Evolve.
Daily duties include:
- Receive & checking of units to be repaired (External & Internal Customers)
- Establish authorization for extra work pertaining to Maintenance and Warranty
- Ensure all VOR logs are maintained
- Opening of Warranty control documents and ensuring Warranty/R&M claims are processed within the required time frame as per CNH requirements
- Reporting productivity/quality problems immediately and ensuring correct loading of workshop hours
- Ensure all Warranty parts are retained in accordance with the Warranty Policy
- Inventory in warranty store to be controlled
