BOOKKEEPER
Job Description and duties required for the role that you have been employed to do are as follows:
- Data capturing - Request supporting documentation
- Bookkeeping up to trial balance
- Creditors and debtors’ reconciliations
- Management and variance reports
- Research financial histories
- Complete basic tax returns
- Complete signed off VAT returns
- Post journals when required
- Maintain balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist clients with queries
- Any other duties instructed by management within a reasonable scope
- Manage a book of approximately 60 clients
