RPO Recruitment is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Administrator to join our client's team in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for processing payroll and maintaining accurate records of employee earnings, deductions, and hours worked.
Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly payroll processing and related administrative tasks
- Ensure accurate employee deductions and third-party payments
- Handle terminations and maintain employee records
- Compile reports, update budgets, and assist with wage inquiries
- Manage bonus schedules, UIF documentation, and HR reporting
- Coordinate staff taxi assistance, timesheet submissions, and ad hoc payroll duties as needed
Qualifications
- Matric Certificate with preference for Math and Accounting
- Certificate/diploma in accounting, payroll, or HR
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Sage People and Kronos time & attendance
- Proven Payroll experience
* Psychometric testing may be required for certain positions.
