An agricultural company seeks a dynamic and organized Finance & HR Administrator. This dual-role position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong data-capturing and administrative skills providing support to the Director.
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed Grade 12.
- Completed finance or payroll-related certificate advantageous.
- 3 or more years of finance and HR-related administration experience.
- MS Office with strong Excel.
- Previous payroll software experience.
- Attention to detail and accurate capturing of various information.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle (due to location and occasional errand requirements).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with financial data capturing, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Support the HR function including accurate record keeping, tracking employee leave, and payroll processing.
- General administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
