Our client is seeking a dedicated Sales/Back Office Support professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team, handle data capture, and perform general administrative tasks. This role requires someone who is computer literate, familiar with basic Excel functions, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and management.
- Assist with order processing, customer inquiries, and follow-up.
- Handle basic data capture tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage and update spreadsheets, databases, and other records.
- Support the implementation of company procedures and systems.
- Communicate effectively with various departments and stakeholders.
- Adapt to the fast-paced environment of a factory setting, interacting with diverse personalities and roles.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required.
Skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong data entry and accuracy skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a factory environment.
- Willingness to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
