Duties & Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Specific Technical / Functional skills:
- Finance/Accounting understanding to assist with problem resolution
- Understanding of operations processes
- Informatics understanding to resolve problems related to data flow between various systems & middleware
- Capability to improve on current processes where required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: - German Speaking (Advantageous)
- DEVOPS (advantageous)
- Confluence and Jira (advantageous)
- Ownership mentality, willingness to take over responsibility and drive topics
- Willingness to deal with (talk to) our global customers
- Above board work ethics – this is of utmost importance
- Open and pro-active communication across teams
- Ability to understand complex work environments
- Flexibility to take up different tasks in the feature team

Qualifications/Experience Required
- Relevant IT / Business Degree
- 3 - 5 years’ experience
Role and Responsibilities
- Take over operations activities in an SAP environment (Treasury, Banking, Cash Management, In-House Cash, Multi-Banking-Connectivity)
- Work rotation spans over morning, evening, and weekend shifts, also on public holidays
- Working knowledge of and understanding of the business processes for developing, and testing SAP functions associated with financial operations.
- Provide general assistance to the Operations team and end users
- Adhere to the PIC processes (Problem, Incident & Change Management)
- Perform daily operations tasks and end user support
- Creation of pertinent test documentation
- Enable end user knowledge transfer and training
- Work closely with other functional consultants, developers, product owners and various global stakeholders in a bigger feature team
