Duties & Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled Aerospace Electrical Engineer to play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for aerospace applications. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and integrate electrical components and subsystems into aircraft and spacecraft platforms. From avionics systems to power distribution networks, you will be involved in every stage of the product lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define system requirements and specifications.
- Design, simulate, and analyze electrical systems and components using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Develop schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings for electrical systems and subsystems.
- Select and integrate electrical components, including sensors, actuators, power supplies, and communication interfaces.
- Conduct tests and verification activities to validate system performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and project meetings.
- Document design decisions, analysis results, and test procedures in accordance with company standards.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in aerospace electrical engineering.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in electrical design and development, preferably in the aerospace industry.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, etc.).
- Familiarity with aerospace standards and regulations (e.g., DO-178C, DO-254, MIL-STD-1553, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electromagnetic interference (EMI) mitigation techniques.
- Experience with embedded systems, digital signal processing, and control systems is a plus.
