About the Role:
As a
Customer Care Specialist , you’ll be at the heart of our client interactions, ensuring they receive the highest level of support. You’ll play a key role in addressing their needs, resolving their concerns, and contributing to our reputation for excellence in customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a proactive approach
- Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized support
- Handle and troubleshoot client issues efficiently, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions
- Gather client feedback to help improve our services and processes, contributing to continuous enhancement
- Work closely with team members to share insights and develop best practices for exceptional customer care
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in customer care or a related role
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for helping others
- Experience with customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar (preferred)
- Ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations
- Familiarity with eCommerce and CRM systems (preferred)
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
Internet Requirements:
- Personal PC or laptop with a minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds
