This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in customer service and experience in cost analysis. The successful candidate will help streamline operations, manage customer inquiries, and assist in financial tracking and reporting.
Administrative Support
- Assist the Customer Service Manager in daily administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations.
Customer Service
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and accurate information.
- Maintain customer records and update the customer service database.
Cost Analysis
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of cost reports.
- Track and report on budget expenditures.
- Support the development and implementation of cost-saving initiatives.
Operational Support
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in the preparation of operational procedures and policies.
- Monitor and report on service metrics.
Special Projects
- Participate in special projects as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
- Provide support in the development and execution of customer service improvement initiatives.
Education
National Senior Certificate
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Proven experience in cost analysis and budget management.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
