Ensuring the completeness, accuracy and efficiency of all accounting records.
Knowledge of and compliance with quality management system.
Good knowledge and administration of the companies act and statutory requirements.
Self-motivation, diplomatic, presentable, honest, and ability to work under pressure.
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of the accounting system.
Minimum Five Years’ Experience In Similar Position.
Tertiary degree or diploma in accounting.
Computer literate and minimum of two official languages.
QMS Awareness; Quality Policy; SP02,03,19.
Revision of Accounting System.
Initiating of Corrective and Preventative Actions.
Supervision over bookkeeper.
Accuracy and completeness of all cashbook transactions processed.
Accuracy and completeness of trial balance.
Administration and reconciliation of petty cash.
Administration of all accounting transactions.
Completeness and accuracy of statutory requirements, calculations, and submissions.
Management reports.
Monthly Submission To Finance Manager:
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Complete bookkeeping function up to trial balance
- Ad-hoc journals
Monthly submission of management reports.
Monthly submission of telephone records.
Weekly submission of Action Book.
Monthly submission of statutory reports.
