VACANCY – WEALTH PLANNER / SPECIALIST
The role requires a talented and driven investment advisory professional who is responsible for securing new high and ultra-high net wealth clients for Warwick through signing the client’s lump sum investments to Warwick’s suite of local and offshore investment products, as well as offering and cross-selling Warwick’s other complementary product offerings.
Wealth Planners must be able to prospect and source private clients through Warwick’s IFAs, as well as through direct business, thereby increasing Warwick’s Assets Under Management (AUM) and establishing and growing the Wealth Planner’s client book. The focus of this position is twofold: new private client business acquisition and high-quality client servicing and relationship management. Wealth Planners with a unique and/or established lead and client source will be particularly successful in their attainment of AUM in Warwick’s target and performance-driven environment.
Wealth Planners are defined in the Warwick environment as motivated, driven, organized, and accountable investment advisory and planning professionals who are able to operate within a sales-oriented business while always acting ethically and compliantly toward all private clients.
Candidates are required to have a relevant FSCA recognized qualification as well as meeting all Fit and Proper requirements, thus allowing them to be added to Warwick’s FSP license. Candidates with investment client books will be advantageous.
Remuneration consists of a market-competitive basic salary, up to 80% of investment annuity based on deliverable achievement, as well as 50% of upfronts.
