RPO Recruitment's client is a packaging company based in Port Elizabeth and has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Unit Coordinator based in Port Elizabeth.
Responsibilities
- Working with the SHEQ Manager to ensure that the department complies with the requirements of the company’s Health & Safety and Food Safety policies.
- Controlling and monitoring of all raw material and finished goods into and out of the department.
- Accurate weekly stock takes of raw materials, finished goods and consumables.
- Material reconciliations and capturing of data into SAP.
- Updating the efficiency schedules on a daily basis.
- Updating weekly staffing plans, training plans and wage schedules.
- General administrative duties as required by the Production Manager.
- Update the register of NCQR and CFAR’s for monitoring of trends and statistics.
- Follow up on DRM actions.
- Submit and follow-up on trials and associated ISIR requests.
- Assist with staff and general queries.
Requirements
- Minimum of a National Diploma, a Degree is preferred.
- Have at least 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative type position.
- Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment will be advantageous.
- Excellent computer skills, (advanced Excel essential).
- Excellent administration skills.
- SAP knowledge advantageous.
- High levels of accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
- Highly motivated team player.
Benefits
- Salary: R150K/yr - R250K/yr, salary negotiable.
