Our client based in London are seeking a temporary Office Assistant to support with admin and reception duties. We are seeking a diligent and professional Temporary Office Assistant to support the team during a busy period. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of the office and meeting rooms.
Duties:
- Greeting and directing guests to meeting rooms
- Monitoring meeting room bookings and visitor schedules to identify needs
- Setting up and clearing meeting rooms, including hospitality arrangements
- Ordering lunches and other refreshments as required
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-stocked kitchen area
- Ensuring staff filter coffee pots are regularly topped up
- Keeping the meeting suite and office areas presentable at all times
This role will be working dates of 30th Sept - 15th October.
