With a genuine passion for design and contemporary culture, coupled with a proven history of creating exceptional brand experiences, the individual will collaborate with a diverse team of designers across various disciplines. They will be responsible for leading the development of creative briefs and delivering outstanding design and creative support across a wide range of projects.
The role involves interpreting design briefs and transforming them into innovative and visually compelling solutions across both 2D and 3D elements. The position is part of the Creative Studio and reports directly to the Creative Director.
The role requires a strong focus on client satisfaction and the ability to develop creative design concepts that are fit for purpose and aligned with the client’s brief. The individual will ensure the creative process is managed effectively for each assigned project, meeting all goals within set deadlines and budget constraints. A high standard of creative work and deliverables is expected, alongside timely and clear communication with relevant stakeholders. The position also demands strong collaboration with other disciplines to ensure smooth information flow and project delivery. The candidate will manage consistent communication with senior management, proactively addressing any issues and seeking resolution. Additionally, they must be efficient in working across international teams and time zones.
