My client are seeking an accomplished and experienced individual, with cradle to grave proven experience on construction of hotels (refurbishment / new build). Must be competent at PCSA, from a main contracting background and a track record on £40m+ project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing the scheme overseeing construction, design and commercial teams to deliver within budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. QualificationsBachelor's Degree favourable but time-served experience essential. SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid & MCIOB (if possible).
