As such, they are looking for a Sales Development Representative to help drive their new business efforts across both outbound prospecting and managing inbound leads where necessary.This company has a fantastic commitment to employee development & progression through to leadership roles; the Sales Development Representative opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the industry & are driven to become an expert in the space.This is a fully remote role for candidates based in the UK.ResponsibilitiesIdentifying & prospecting leads through a range of outbound calls, emails and networkingManage inbound leads where necessaryGenerate long-term pipeline of prospective leads and clientsSupport wider sales team by managing a set of schedules and booking meetings/appointments on a regular basisEffective use of CRM systems and data managementMaintain up to date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activityCollaborate & liaise with other internal teams including key accounts and marketingAttend industry events where necessaryThe Successful Candidate2+ years experience in similar SDR / BDR position (lead generation & booking meetings)Ideally experienced in selling clinical software into the care sector; candidates with wider software sales experience would also be consideredCandidates with product sales experience into care homes would also be consideredConfident with new business & hungry for growthBased in the UKSales Development Representative PackageBasic salary: £35,000-40,000OTE: £8,000-10,000Laptop & mobile phone providedHealthcare optionsPension options25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
