Account Executive – HRTechOur client is a market-leading HRTech platform, established over 10 years ago. Their best-of-breed SaaS platform is used on a global scale, providing flexible & customized solutions to HR Teams across both private and public sector organisations. Examples of their clients include the likes of Clarins, Landmark and B.Braun.They are looking for an Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle with clients across the UK; Account Executives can expect a range of lead generation support including SDRs (working on 1:1 ratio), marketing leads and leads from their strong partner networks.This is a hybrid role, with 1-2 days per month in their office in the South of England. Outside of this, Account Executives will be working remotely.ResponsibilitiesEstablish an effective sales strategy for achieving revenue targetsIdentify new business opportunities for both direct sales & across partner channelCollaborate with SDRs regarding lead generation & lead progressionMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends & competitor activity, adjusting sales strategies accordinglyBuild & maintain long-term client relationships, understanding their needs and tailoring offering where necessaryMaintain up-to-date in-depth knowledge of product offering & benefits, conveying this effectively to potential customersCollaborate with internal teams to boost revenue e.g. the Marketing TeamGenerate regular reporting on sales & market analysisThe Successful Candidate3+ years closing experience within the SaaS spaceExperience selling HRTech / HR software is essentialExperience with the Salesforce ecosystem would be a plusBased in the UKAccount Executive PackageBasic salary: £60,000OTE: £120,000Access to employee benefits platform25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysPension options
