We are seeking a Buyers Clerk to assist with our procurement and purchasing functions. This role involves handling administrative tasks, managing data entry, and supporting Buyers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Required Qualifications
- Matriculation certificate
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role
Key Responsibilities - Capture and manage procurement and purchasing data
- Resolve branch queries
- Record and analyze statistics
- Perform general administrative duties
- Assist Buyers with procurement tasks
- Knowledge of Syspro
- Proficient in computer applications
- Advanced skills in Excel, including spreadsheets, graphs, and formulas
