Job Purpose
To ensure that all stores administrative daily tasks are carried out effectively without delays and receiving stock from suppliers.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Higher Certificate in Supply Chain / Warehouse / Materials Management or equivalent - National Diploma (advantageous)
- 2-3 years’ experience within stores / warehouse function
- Driver's license
Responsibilities
- Receiving and checking all paperwork including spot checks on PO #, Bin Codes etc.
- Receipting onto MRP System if all is in order, accurate and timeously
- Ensure receipting is done in accordance with month-end deadlines
- Ensure processes and procedures are followed including quality control.
- Capturing all information on DigiSol Receiving system.
- Reporting of rejected stock.
- Ensure rejected stock is returned to suppliers within 48 hours
- Following up and monitoring of all queries
- Ensuring all paperwork is handed into finance timeously.
- Scanning and uploading invoices for record keeping
- Ensure incoming stock for stakeholders is distributed accurately and on time (Areas).
- Ensure receipted stock is transferred daily to the correct locations.
- Ensure incoming stock is labelled accurately
- Respond to all requests and queries timeously
- Adhere to the FIFO Rule
- Any other ad-hoc duties/tasks given

- Ability to work in a team, diligent, proactive, well-groomed, trustworthy, reliable, numerical and analytical skills
- Willing to work overtime
- Punctual
- Physically fit
