The Office Administrator will ensure the smooth functioning of daily office operations, including managing schedules, maintaining office supplies, and providing administrative support.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 education.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Proficient in Adobe Pro.
- Proficient in Afrikaans and English, both verbal and written.
- Customer service and administrative experience.
- Social media experience (Facebook, Instagram, WordPress, Canva, and Mailchimp) preferred.
- Experience working in Pastel.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
- Must reside in the Saldanha/Vredenburg area.
