Job Purpose
To ensure that all stores administrative daily tasks are carried out effectively without delays and receiving stock from suppliers.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a stores and dispatch environment
- Storekeeping and stock control or related diploma or degree advantageous
- Computer literacy on Microsoft office
Responsibilities
- Ensuring warranties and inhouse repairs are split accurately.
- Ensuring Quarantine Stock is kept to a minimum.
- Accurate tracking of repairs and RTS (Return to supplier).
- Assisting with Inhouse repairs when necessary.
- Ensuring accurate system (Syspro) transfer of stock to correct locations.
- Ensure all quarantine documentation is accurate and policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Abiding by the safety regulations and the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
- Ensuring that the stock sent to suppliers is separated by bin codes (not mixed)
- Housekeeping
- Any other ad-hoc duties/tasks given

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to work in a team, diligent, proactive, well-groomed, trustworthy, reliable, numerical and analytical skills
- Willing to work overtime
- Punctual
- Physically fit
