Minimum Requirements
- Matric essential
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience essential, including switchboard and reception duties
- Professional telephone etiquette essential
- Excellent time management skills and punctuality required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
Responsibilities - Opening and closing of reception and switchboard
- Answering and transferring of calls
- Distribution of correspondence
- Delivery of messages
- Enquiries
- Ad hoc tasks
- General administrative duties
