Generating new product ideas and recipes for all bakery goods (Cakes, Sponge, etc.), modifying and improving existing recipes, designing processes and machinery for the production of recipes on a large scale, liaising with marketing staff, ensuring that strict hygiene and food safety standards are met, identifying and choosing products from suppliers, monitoring the use of additives, testing and examining samples, and writing reports on the products and tests.

You will prepare, organize, and execute state-of-the-art flavored food products for customer presentations. You will recommend optimal flavors for customer projects according to all relevant requirements and maintain the flavor collection. You will develop new application recipes as well as new concepts for customers, based on new developments in the market, trends, and new raw materials. You will act as an independent project leader for all allocated projects. You will arrange and conduct tasting sessions, process and interpret the results to customers and internally. You will leverage new technologies for submission to customers and also identify new opportunities. You will maintain the product portfolio and support, working strictly according to the company requirements for optimal safety, hygiene, and protection of the environment.
Communication:
- You will take responsibility for technical customer communication to achieve a positive outcome of projects.
Experience Required:
- 3-5 years Product Development experience in Bakery Goods
- Practical experience in Bake Goods product development, manufacturing, and flavor application
- Well-developed olfactory and sensory skills
