We are looking for a Business Analyst with 5+ years ’ experience for a 6-month contract position with a potential of a longer term. As a Business Analyst, you’ll interlace strong requirement analysis with technical knowledge.
Job Description
You will be required to document the functionality of the existing system for all stakeholders to fully understand the functions and capabilities of the system. The primary responsibility includes documenting system functionalities and processes and supporting the communication with relevant stakeholders in an agile way.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 5 years’+ experience within a Business Analysis environment
- You will preferably have a background in systems analysis or development.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and experience within agile events (able to step in and Facilitate any of these events):
- Stand-ups
- Planning sessions
- Review
- Retro
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related
- Diploma in Business Analysis or related
- Certification in UML preferable
Additional Qualifications
• Exposure within a Payroll/HR environment would be advantageous
