Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers
- Develop and implement product development plans
- Work with other engineering disciplines to ensure that products meet all requirements
- Manage project budgets and schedules
- Ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in mechanical engineering
- Mentor and develop junior engineers

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field

Experience in managing and motivating a team
