RTT invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the Credit Controller position based at Jetpark. The role is responsible for credit management of an allocated number of clients which includes billing, collection and relationship building and the management of the credit control team

- Ensure that Credit control policies and procedures are applied to minimise bad debts
- Ensure that the Overdue Accounts report is compiled after month end and e-mailed to the Key Accounts Managers for assistance with problematic accounts
- Ensure 60 90 day reports are updated on a weekly basis and forwarded to the Credit Manager
- Ensure Billing SOPs are kept up-to-date
- Must be able to perform reconciliations accurately and in the correct ageing
- Monitor credit limits on a Daily Basis
- Interact with clients to obtain additional credit information to support credit lines
- Reconcile transactions and balances to maintain accurate accounts
- Initiate credits and adjustments to client accounts within RTT’s policy limits
- Must Be Able to solve Customer queries Timeously
- Manage relationships with the clients in order to reduce exposure to potential bad debt
- Monitor violations of credit policies, provide analysis, conclusion and recommendations, present findings to senior management and suggest actions/penalties to be taken when appropriate
- Prepare cash forecasts including customer collections
- Check Billing against Rates Card to Ensure Accurate Invoicing
- Must be Able to Prepare Credit Requisitions and Discount Requisitions
