Key Responsibilities:
Holistic Team Management: Lead and oversee multiple teams including Marketing, Sales, Development, Business Analysts, Production, and Quality Assurance.
Operations Management: Direct divisional operations in alignment with executive strategy, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
Product Management: Drive strategy, market focus, and brand cohesion of products within the division.
Business Development: Implement initiatives to enhance divisional profitability and support international expansion.
Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and track resources according to approved budgets.
Systems Integrity: Ensure robust and scalable systems design and implementation.
Strategic Coordination: Collaborate with executives to translate strategies into actionable plans and drive implementation within the division.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure products adhere to legal and regulatory standards, maintaining divisional compliance.
Culture and HR Management: Foster divisional culture aligned with company policies, overseeing HR functions within the division.
Executive Communication: Facilitate effective communication with executives to provide feedback to shareholders and the Board.

Minimum Education Requirements:
- Bachelor''s degree in Industrial Engineering or similar field (essential)

- 10 years of experience in operations management and business analysis, preferably in a technological, SaaS, HaaS, or systems-based company
