Our Residential Estate client is looking for a Residential Estate Administrator with solid work experience. You must have at least 10 years of relevant experience working in a residential estate.
Salary: Up to R40 000.00 per month. (Depends on experience and qualifications)
Qualifications
- Grade 12 with a relevant Diploma or bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years in property management or residential estate management experience
- Experience in working with governance committees
- Knowledge of the estate and property industry’s standards and regulations
- Experience in Compliance and Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring estate compliance with municipal, provincial, and national regulations. This includes ensuring that estate rules are followed, managing compliance-related documentation, and communicating with appropriate authorities to preserve a safe, lawful, and harmonious living environment.
- Managing the estate's daily administrative operations. This includes responding to resident inquiries, maintaining records, working with other departments, and ensuring seamless and efficient estate management.
- Ensuring architectural conformance with governing deeds.
- Enforcing regulations consistently in accordance with the regulating deeds.
- Maintaining estate governance structures, processes, and principles while adhering to legal and ethical norms.
