As a multiple award-winning company for transparent financial and sustainability reporting, they continuously develop their employees and prioritise valuing their clients, consistently going from strength to strength.They are currently seeking to expand their well-established team with a Transaction Manager.Responsibilities:Sourcing Investment and Sale Opportunities and Comprehensive Transaction ManagementGeneral Transaction Management and Support:Support and lead the entire transaction process across UK/ EU, including sourcing, due diligence, negotiations, transaction execution, and post-closing management.Take ownership of real estate transactions. Manage communication and cooperation with other departments and third-party advisers to ensure successful deal progression.Lead the data gathering and analysis process, supervising the data collection team and transaction analysts, ensuring accuracy and conducting sanity checks of data rooms.Supervise due diligence and Q&A processes, maintaining communication with advisers.Conduct regular market research and stay updated on relevant market developments.Perform financial and feasibility analyses, and prepare business plans.Prepare letters of intent and other relevant transaction documents.Communicate with investors.Build and maintain relationships with relevant market players (brokers, advisers, sellers, JV partners, etc.) to generate investment leads.Reporting:Prepare detailed presentations and reports for senior management, investors, and board members.Communicate investment opportunities, analyses, and recommendations effectively within the company.Requirements:Experience in Transactions or Asset Management within the commercial real estate industry. Fluent in English.Great proficiency in Excel.Experience with CRM programs are a plus (Monday.com, Salesforce etc) is a plus.Right to work in the UK.
