If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities:Regulatory Oversight: Ensure full compliance with UK financial regulations, including FCA guidelines.Policy Development: Develop and maintain compliance policies to mitigate risks and uphold regulatory standards.Monitoring & Reporting: Conduct compliance audits, prepare reports for senior management and regulators, and recommend improvements.Training & Education: Provide training to staff across departments and create internal compliance training material.Risk Assessment: Identify compliance risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.Internal & External Audits: Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.Regulatory Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for regulatory bodies, managing inquiries and responses.Incident Management: Investigate compliance breaches and ensure proper actions are taken to address them.Skills & Attributes:Extensive experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs within financial services, preferably in eMoney or payment institutions.Degree in finance, law, or a related field; professional certifications such as ICA or ACAMS are highly desirable.Strong understanding of UK financial regulations, including Payment Services and Electronic Money Regulations.Exceptional communication skills to explain complex regulatory concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proven leadership skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.The Package:Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Yearly performance-based bonus.Company-sponsored lunches (GBP 15/day cap).Transportation expenses covered.Hybrid working model: 1 day work from home after 6 months, 2 days after 1 year (based on performance).Excellent career development opportunities in a dynamic and growing organization.If you have a proactive approach to compliance and are ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic financial services environment, we’d love to hear from you!Apply Now and take your career to the next level!
