Hire Resolve is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our client, a renowned company celebrated for its compact, stylish vehicles that boast iconic design and sporty driving characteristics. This organization is a key player in the automotive industry, responsible for the marketing, sales, and distribution of these distinctive cars. Additionally, they offer comprehensive aftersales services, ensuring customers receive top-notch maintenance, repairs, and access to genuine parts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive sector and a knack for driving sales success.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage with potential customers to promote vehicles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and product recommendations
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits, and conduct test drives to showcase the performance and design of the cars
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize vehicle sales and market share
- Stay up-to-date with the product lineup, features, specifications, and competitive positioning
- Promote the unique aspects of the vehicles, including their iconic design and sporty characteristics
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with aftersales services, including scheduling maintenance, repairs, and sourcing genuine parts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management
- Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities and events
- Collaborate with the aftersales department to ensure seamless customer experiences and service delivery
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably with premium or luxury brands
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach
- In-depth knowledge of automotive products, particularly in the compact and sporty vehicle segment
- Passion for the brand and its heritage
- High level of self-motivation, initiative, and professionalism
- A keen eye for detail and an appreciation for automotive design and performance
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools
- Basic understanding of vehicle financing and leasing options
- A valid driver's license is required
